Driven to create more value from locally grown crops, Brett began growing Faba beans in 2014. Since that time, he has become a recognized leader pioneering research and business strategy to unlock the potential of the Faba bean and establish a dedicated processing facility for ingredient production.  Brett's track record of success is evidence of an inspirational vision and relentless passion for creating value within agriculture and the community.

As CFO, Mike’s understanding of financial operations in the value-added industry brings proven financial stewardship to C-Merak. He earned his CA while working with Deloitte and broadened his industry experience working in the Science & Technology, Marketing & Advertising space prior to becoming immersed in agriculture. Mike’s ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ while managing critical details allows him to guide the company towards long-term financial sustainability.

Brad is the General Manager of C-Merak Foods. For the last 28 years, Brad has worked in value-added facilities for companies including Walker Seeds and Scoular Commodities. During this time, he developed hands-on experience cleaning, splitting and processing various commodities. Brad has been a plant manager for over 18 years and has a proven track record in maximizing facility uptime, efficiency and quality output. He has earned multiple plant certifications including his Power Engineering Ticket for industrial facilities.
